i have no doubt that strike freedom will win. after all he has the dragoon system. He can go three hundreds a battles with out getting a single scratch.

There are definitely many factors that could change the outcome of the battle. I think that the biggest variable will be the battle stage. The Strike Freedom is a space gundam and thus will preform better in space. Its dragoon system is only capable of operating in space. On the other hand you have megatron who on land would be fast and agile proving to be a worthy opponent of someone like the strike freedom.

The last factor is whether Kira who is the pilot of the freedom can go "seed." If he can then all bets are on freedom no matter what

How can a transformer beat a gundam when a gundam dwarfs a transformer size wise? Its just not a comparison

Its not all about size, its about strategy. If Megaton being the smaller one can use his environment to his advantage for using it as cover and such then he could win in theory

The Wrecker Trio would own the life out of any gundam. Gundams are piloted by humans after all and with that comes human judgment and error
