given the considerable over all shared design qualities between certain types of high speed aircraft and bullet trains would it actually be possible in the present day to retrofit and rebuild a highspeed bullet train so that it would have a over all hybrid style airwothy design so that it could actually serve as a type of flight capable aircraft.

im just wondering if it would be possible in theory anyway

as a long time yuusha fan brave express mightgaine has always been one of my favorite anime series to be honest and a day or so back while hinking back on the series it got me thinking on the whole idea ofa hybrid style flight worthy his speed arcraft/bullet train scenario
